    Post Quantifying creative contribution

A budding entrepreneur spotted a talent in me and wants to offer me shares in his group of companies. But he tells me I should come up with a value I am worthy - like quantifying my creativity and skills, for him to have a clear idea on how much shares he can offer to me.

    TYPES OF WORK.
I will be a webmaster for all his websites and a creative director for all the corporate and advertising material. The main company is already 2 years old and is doing really great. They are resellers of medical equipment, food, and hardware.

I am a very ambitious guy who would like to be rich but I do not want to be greedy, I might scare him off, I am looking for a fair way of doing this considering the type of industry that I belong to. is there someone out there who could help me with pointers, please?

well if you are good at what you do then just give him a fair price of what you think you are worth. dont be to cheap bc then he might take that as a sign of not worthy but then dont be to greedy either be fair but not naive you dont want to sell yourself short.
