Pros and cons of out sourcing from Asian Counties ?

Many groups, companies or individuals tend to outsource their work or project towards Asian countries as labor is cheap there, May this strategy causes some disadvantages also ?

Yeah the main advantage is the cost and nowadays the good companies in Asia provide excellent quality as well. However the main risk remains whether you are working with a good Asian firm or a poor one. Just in case you end up working with a poor company it could cause a lot of grief.

Quality check and balance system of European or other first world countries is so much strict , there are not much complaints regarding quality standards, I think.
