    Property Letting

When stating the landlord’s details on a tenancy agreement does the landlord go down as the individual person or the business its self?

In almost all cases the landlord will have a company and that company will be listed on the lease.

It really just depends on the risk you are willing to take. If you don't want to start a company you can just sign your own name. If you have some type of entity then you would sign the entity as the landlord or owner.
