property development consultancy
Hey all,

just like to get some input in an idea i have. im thinking of starting a property development consultancy. Im in the seafood industry at the moment and i also invest in property, doing my first development this year.

Id like to hear from people that work within a consultancy company or anyone with some ideas on how i can get the ball rolling. I do know a fair bit about property developing and real estate, i just dont have the know how on the cosultancy side of things.

any input would be appriciated
