ive made easy profits from outsourcing, taking on more work when im too busy and sending it to a dedicated friend/coder I have. All I have to do is spend time explaining the project before hand, monitoring it at milestones and then doing the final quality check before showing to the client, 4-5 hours work and i have made $400-600 profit doing it at a time!
