If you were searching for possible joint venture partners, employees, contacts(networks), etc.. besides their resume, what else would you want to know about a person when reading their PROFILE if it were available?

Or, as a person (Profilee) who wants to joint venture, gain contacts and network, etc.. What info would you deem important to input, that viewers of your profile would benefit knowing about you?
