Our organization is preparing to launch a revolutionary device that will transform the way motorcycle riders approach safety. There are several Hoops of Fire I Assume we need to jump thru, but I should Never Assume anything..Below are the Major Obstacles I "See" personally.
Can Anyone Help to Clarify and "put in perspective" the level of Importance we need to attach to each obstacle? ....Thank You...

1. Product Liability and Product Claims Insurance:

At this point, there is not very much for a law firm to take from me, since everything is tied up in materials, web design, etc. I am concerned since this device enhances the riders ability to control the motorcycle....and once a rider gets in an accident, any good lawyer will go after the company. We are an LLC. Should we focus our money on the launch itself and, once success arrives, go back and protect ourselves? This is what several insurance companies have implied is the best approach....

2. Packaging:
We own a U-Line Sealing machine for packaging, and we plan on utilizing a black plastic ULine bag, and simply place an Attractive Label on the plastic U Line sealed bag. This will save Alot of money until we can afford to go with upscale packaging.
Does anyone have a suggestion regarding a creative way of utilizing the U-Line Packaging Machines or any other inexpensive packaging options? We currently will be selling strictly thru E Commerce and motorcycle events.
