problem with import duty?

i do dropshipping,often many customers ask me about import duty,so i want to know more about that,
do you import from other counties?how do you solve the problem?who pays for it and how much usually?

I think it depends on how you are shipping them...If you do express like fedex overnight or EMS express, usually what you pay for shipping covers the import duty. But if you are shipping the stuff by ocean, you will have to look up the harmonized tariff schedule to look up the code and duty you will need to pay...Try the www.cbp.gov.under IMPORT.
