I haven't worked on the site for 2 months. Google has deindexed 50% of the pages. About 80% of traffic comes directly from wikipedia, so I am not too concerned about Google, although visitors have dropped, even via wikipedia.

I am burnt out, and have no plans to ever work on the site again. This is peanuts, and will not make me rich.

I am now trying to earn real money(not peanuts) from the real world through business.

Your site seems to be doing well to me. Although I see what your saying about making peanuts! What is the site and would you be willing to sell it to me?

We recently did a revamp of our site gotbiz.com Free Website Free Hosting Free Bandwidth Free eCommerce.
Following a proven business model by giving away our major service for free, website hosting. We used to charge $100/mo for hosting an account that we helped to promote and advertise. Now that account is free and we charge for the promotion and advertising.
The rebuild was completed Feb 12, 2009, since then our numbers have jumped through the roof. We climbed 10+ million in the site rankings at alexa.com and our traffic has exploded.
As for numbers we don't really post those.. well maybe after we make our first million!!
We have had lots of new clients take advantage of the free sites and the model is starting to work.

I actually made way more on my ebook in january when it first came out. Sold $80 copies but now i sell 5 a week on average at $79

I use to offer personal services like consulting and i stopped sellign shelf corps this week because my new ebook is coming out next week and i wanna focus on marketing the site and my products instead of dealing with people

Sorry guys, my site is not for sale.

I don't want to give out my site, because I want to protect my very valuable links(approx 30) from Wikipedia, which provides endless visitors. Better than relying totally on the fickle nature of organic search.

I am bored with the site, and while I won't work on it anymore, the drop in earnings is just due to the recession. The site is made up of static web pages, so I don't need to keep updating, like a blog. I was only working on it 1-2 hours/week.

I'm just going to sit on it, and wait out the recession, and I am confident it can continue to make $200+/month in good times.
