Hi there, I've been thinking a lot about trying to sell my web business as I haven't had time to properly market or maintain it. I would really appreciate some feedback on how much it might be worth.

The site is Welcome to DormWise which has about 500 relevant backlinks, PR3, is three years old and has a fully functional content management system and newsletter with 20 subscribers. There are over 100 completely original articles on the site, including a number with amazon.com affiliate links (the affiliate account can also be transferred). The entire site includes google adsense ads which are not making much at the moment due to my lack of time to market but could provide. In 2008 with no real effort on my part, it received about 40k visits. There is also a great deal of original artwork and custom Movable Type themes.

I think the best selling points would be the 100+ original articles and the aged and PRed site, not necessarily the current monitization model, but it has the potential to be a very solid site. I would appreciate any suggestions as to how to go about selling it and what might be an appropriate price range. Thank you!
