I agree.....the people rebuilding will have to get power, assess their needs, get checks from the insurance companies, and then get started. This is something that will take years.

And free shipping isn't a huge deal .....honestly, your site isn't the most professional one and I would be more inclined to shop at Amazon.com (where free shipping is standard on most purchases over $25). To stand out, you need to offer something unique that solves a very critical and immediate pain. Maybe you offer a "How to Rebuild" booklet or toolkit, maybe you can deal directly with insurance companies....you get the idea....offer something that they need right now.

I agree with AOCenteno that my site is not very professional. We are trying to our best to improve it every day. Few things I would like to add here.
We can not compete with giant like amazon, but Honestly speaking , mine 'free shipping' is real free shipping, by that, I mean the shipping cost is not added on the price of the products like many others. Also, in most cases I pay more to fedex than what I charge my customers. Shipping cost calculation is real time with Fedex.
I also have following few more things to brag about.
