Please give me feedback and vote for my business idea :)

I have a business idea of a food outlet selling mini size food: Mini burgers, mini sandwich, mini drinks, etc. Good things can come in small package. Bigger isn’t always better. A wide selection of bite-size burgers, sandwiches, cakes and desserts can tantalize the taste buds of food lovers. Serving mini-size food portions is a niche concept that could definitely take off.

For the cost a normal size burger, customers can mix-and-match two to three mini burgers and sandwiches. In additional, the small serving can be a great for calorie-conscience consumers. Cute and tiny things appeal consumers. Mini burgers answer the call of diners looking for quick, fun bite that packs delicious burger flavor.

Please give me some feedback. If you think this is a good business idea, please vote here and support me!

Gas makes people buy smaller cars, what makes people buy smaller burgers?

If you live in the U.S. you're talking about the fattest country in the world. They already have a franchise similar to what you're trying to start. Its called White Castle.

I would consider opening up a "Health" Fast food spot. when people are driving you never see a quick spot to go get something to eat other than a burger king or mc donalds. Why not make a fast health food spot thats attractive and has stuff that taste good but is healthy and affordable.

It's not a bad idea but not an original idea one, they've been around for a while. Not knocking it, I think it has potential given a good market strategy as long as you have thought it past the idea phase. Restaurants are a notoriously difficult business to get into and trends have a lot to do with what works and what doesn't.

If these are already around, I think what you would have to do is ask yourself why isn't there one on every corner? If you can find the answer to that, you'll have a business plan.

Hmm...I don't know about this one...

I think bite-sized stuff works because they're "cute", but most people would rather buy more than they can eat.

Calorie-conscious people are more likely to go for salads than burgers, even if the burger is microscopic in size (i.e. it's not the quantity but the quality of the food).

I agree with allysa, I think smaller portions are perfect for children.

Every bar in DC sells sliders... small two bite hamburgers... I think its a way for the bars to charge the same price as a big one... only they don't have to have the same COGS...

Damn, I think I paid $6.95 for two of those damn things this weekend... they were goooood though.
