Playing with a Board (of Directors)

When I started my company in 2006 I knew I needed a board of directors. I didn’t really know why, but many a smart person had given me this advice. I knew I was going to need money for the start-up as well as for growth. I also knew that I was going to need clients and vendors. I guess these are the basic building blocks of any company- money, supply, and sales venues.
