recently I filled a form for sectoral Post Graduate diploma in management program which has the following courses

Rural Development Management (RDM)

ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP (EME)

MANAGEMENT OF NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS(MNGO)

I have applied in ICECD–International Centre for Entrepreneurship & Career Development

the college you are talking about has this link POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA COURSES
I have done my PGDM from there, placements opportunities are good and you would get good mentors for entrepreneurship also.
