Hi guys,

I was thinking, what are the dangers for running a website targeted the American market, from Europe?

Is there big differences law-wise and financial wise etc? for instance, without being judgmental, I have some idea that if you screw up the slightest with a website in the US, people are allowed and will sue you for whatever they can get?

Just a thought I got, but what else might be something you should keep out for?
