Personal K-9 Training

I am currently a K-9 handler now and I would like to train people on how to train there dog. Alot of companys will take your dog and train him/her and then give the dog back to you. I want to train the person.. This will keep the cost low for me and maybe offer somethig different. Basically I will come to you and teach you what to do. Offer a few sessioins at say maybe around 125.00-175.00 a piece depending on what you want. Also considering training dogs for attack work and possibly detection work and than selling those dogs. The cost for these dogs range from 10,000-40,000 so that would be a huge money maker. I want to keep it small and personal. Quality dogs not quanity. What would be the best way to advertise something like this and are there any legalities involved? I am in California in the LA area and there are a few business out here already but do you think that I have anything to go on? Any advice would be appreciated....Thanks...

Of course. Im a K-9 handler in the military now and Ive kept all of my certifications and awards from my competitions and schools. Im getting out soon so I wanted to get things going. Not to mention the military dont pay crap... This is something I know and I know an ex K-9 handler from the military who is doing this on the side and is living comfortably from it.
