People should stop saying they're learning to be an entrepreneur.

You can be an enrepreneur of nothingness that has a gross income of monopoly money. And you can't expect someone else to give you ideas to start your own "business", if its that good of an idea, they would probably be doing it themselves. There's no easy way to make money. It takes time and effort plain and simple. If you want to know something, do research. You shouldn't be asking people what kind of business you should start because if you do, you're already setting yourself up for failure. Find something you're intersted in and go for that. If you don't know anything about it, research it. I've picked something and I'm been slowly building my company for the past 10 months and I haven't begun to make a sale yet. If you're trying to start a company to make a quick buck or to generate large revenue streams after a few months then you should rethink your agenda/strategy and be more realistic.

I agree, you have to be in control if you're wanting to be an entrepreneur.

I also sensed that many people are just interested in the statistics and is way too obsessed with them instead of doing something productive.

True. From the start, you should know what you are doing. We ask for suggestion but in the end, we'll be the one to decide.

in the words of Yo' Daddy, well said.

Can I put this on RAD? or would you want to post it on there? Maybe reword it a little since there isn't this problem on that site, but keep the same concept to help people out.

Way too true, good point. I also think they should stop aiming too big, eg there was a post here about a guy wanting to start a real estate investment company... and then asking questions on how/where to do it etc... its stupid!
