PC repair\protect package for home users

I have an idea of possibly selling a package to home users to repair\protect their PC. The home user could purchase like a package of 1, 3, or 5 incidents. They would buy the package at a flat rate and then whenever they had a problem with the PC they would contact me and I would come out and fix the problem. Does anything like this exist with home users?

Yes. There are manufacturer waranties, waranties from retailers and consultant companies/smaller businesses that do this. Not saying you can't do it but you asked if it was already done.
