can anyone give me a complete rundown how paypal works, i am not sure. do you tell them a bank account or pay into a paypal account

My paypal account is setup so that it is tied with my bank account and whenever I make a purchase (online, ebay, etc), money is withdrawn from my bank account. Im not sure how else you can do it. In order to setup your paypal account with your bank account, you must provide your bank account information (name, address, name of bank, account#, etc). Then you can check your bank transactions whenever you make a purchase.

I agree. Just start setting up Paypal and you will figure it all out. Its simple they go step by step through everything you need.

What paypal does:
-Pay people over the internet using an email adress as the reference
-Get paid for you internet services, (adsense, affiliates, casino winings)

Mine isn't tied to my bank account, but I think my credit card?

I'm not sure I never get money withdrawn directly from my acct cuz I have sold things and just spend the money that's already there.
