Passive Income Ideas

I used the search engine in YE and did not find what i was looking for, there was ideas to make passive income, but most of them are the most popular ones, like blogging, creating websites,affiliate programs, lets face it, not everyone is a writer or even Pc savy, I would like to know of unique passive income ideas, if you think about it, businesses like the electricity company, cable services and similar are all run automatically they provide you a service and you pay them automatically every month. Any ideas are appreciated. Thank you.

I don't like the word "passive" when used with business. Everything takes work, even writing a blog, and the amount of work put in usually corrolates to the income you get out of it.
Even the electric company had to do a lot of up front work. The generation plants had to be built, the lines for the grid had to be instaled, and even now there is the maintainance and up keep for that grid.
But I know what you're talking about. You want something that you can set up and then it brings you in monthly income with minimal upkeep - Residual Income, right?
In my business we introduce customers to our line of over 350 products, and then after that introduction we don't do very much. Yet our monthly reorder rate is 95%. Is that kind of what you were looking for?

selling ipod applications, real estate rentals, creating a subscription based website are all some forms of passive income.

Its work upfront then you can get income on a monthly basis

The most passive business out there is Adsense from Google. Just plug it in and collect the money. The only non passive thing you have to do is to plug it into a right site or domain.
