I have an online business, and I have found a shopkeeper in my town who happens to sell products similar to mine. In fact our products could even compliment each other. Since due to economic downturn my online business is not doing that great, I was thinking about taking it to the street and teaming up with this shopkeeper, that is if he is willing to.

In this case, what would be the most attractive business proposal to the shopkeeper so that he is willing to partner up with me?

The one I have in mind is

He agrees to display some of my products in his store, and upon sale, he takes some commission. (The down side to this is, if he sees that my products are getting popular, he might stop putting them in his store and might start searching for them to sell them himself).

Some advice on this type of situation would be greatly appreciated.
