part time businesses? ex lawn mowing, gutter, roll off dumpsters

hi everyone i was just wondering if any1 had any other ideas of some other business ideas such as lawn mowing, gutter instalation, and roll off dumpsters?

just trying to get a feel of some different types



i was thinking of storage sheds but are city is full of them pretty much...

p.s. my family owns about 2 acres behind some houses that we rent atm that i could always use if i had good use for them, the land is not in the local housing
