packaging question

I want to package my product using with a hanging plastic bag like you see in the pic...

Does anyone know of any company that can print the paper and make the plastic bag for you?

If you want a diy project, you can look up Boxes, Shipping Boxes, Shipping Supplies, Packaging Materials, Cardboard Boxes - ULINE

I know they carry prefabbed bags like that, and you can probably print out that section on the top. Just pop in a couple staples, and you're good to go. I know a friend that did that for his decal business a couple of years back.
