My question to you all is what would you suggest I do for packaging for my new board game?
Currently we are only taking orders from our website and our games are packaged in your basic white box, like you'd put a t-shirt in for a gift.
Which this is fine for right now, as no one has complained about the packaging. HOWEVER, we'd really like to approach some local liquor stores etc to try and sell our game. But without the proper packaging we have no way of getting customers attention and letting them know exactly what they are looking at. So we obviously could not sell our product in this packaging.
I've contacted a few custom box printing sites that I've found, but the price is obviously outrageous for a small quantity order. We're talking like $17/unit. Which would be insane and is not viable at all.
Is there no cheap solution for low quantity custom printed boxes?
What would everyone suggest we do about this situation, as currently that's the only thing holding us back. We're sort of stumped right now.
Any advice is welcome!
The game can be found at www.duithegame.com
Thank you all for your time. I look forward to hearing your ideas.
