    Smile outsourcing with virtual assistants?

    Anyone have any first hand experience using virtual assistants such as getfriday. com or others like it?

    I am thinking of setting up a 10hr a week account to see how it works.

    I have contacted YMII and brickwork, they said that due to the holiday season they are short handed and will contact me after new year. So I guess, I should be hearing from them soon.
