    Outsourcing Programmer for my Company

    Hi,

I'm just started a business of I.T Services Software Development and also web development. As of now since I'm just started my business i don't have employees yet.
My question is what if i outsource all my project to a software developer how much will be the sharing? is it 50/50, or 60% for my company 40% for the software developer or 70% for my company and 30% for the software developer, here i consider also company expenses and taxes. Hope you can advice me.

    Thanks and Regards,
    Yurie Yap

Look, you sell your project as high as you can and then try to find cheapest freelancer to do it. But you will take all the risks because if freelancer does not make a correct code, you need to fix the bugs

it depends how you go about it. . .

per project - Work out a set cost on a project basis with your developer, brief him and get a cost, then add your costs on to the top of that

Retainer - Can you afford to pay your guy a set weekly / monthly wage ? That way if you have a lot of work you will be getting the most out of your coder.
