Out Source for Web Design biz, need suggestion please!!

Hope you all are doing great. I’m a new member to this forum, and find it very helpful. Many members here seems like a very experienced entrepreneurs, so I thought I should try asking for comment and suggestions from you guys.

My team and I are now starting a Web design outsourcing business. We have experience developing a website for many years, and now want to start our own. We are thinking about being an outsourcee for any individual or any company, so that they can leave the web developing part to us and they can focus on sales and marketing instead. Since we are based in the country with much more lower cost of living, our services will definitely be cheaper and that means more profit to the Outsourcer.

If the communication is what making the Outsourcer worried, how we do things is that we will ask Outsourcer to send us a VDO clip explaining how they want their website to look like and maybe with an email for better understanding.

About the payment, we split payment in to 4 payments and through PayPal
