before coming up with a good advertising, you should first know how to reach your target market. appropriate communication channel is important for your message to be heard and absorbed by your market...

you should give your target market a good reason to shop on your boutique. make it different from other juniors boutique. differentiation is important. it may be through the products you offer or the value added service you give to your customers.
word of the mouth is a very effective advertising. customer satisfaction can help you in promoting your boutique.
