Hi All,

Ok, it's official... Oprah Winfrey is building her holiday house next door to my vacant plot of land in South Africa. Now, ever since there was word that she was building a holiday house the value of the surrounding land has shot up ridiculously.

Now, I wanna know how I can go about selling thins land to international investors. I'm looking for any assistance or connections.

Please remember that this any leads, will result in a broker fee for the assistance!

I'm currently producing a video show reel of the area, which I will be using to sell the property.

Hmmm, my uncle here in the U.S. is a Realtor. Not sure if he could hook you up with anyone, but if you'd like, maybe I can mention something to him.

That would be great... Just to give you a clearer picture plots as to what my current options are:

I currently own two plots of land. (1st= 2800 sqm and 2nd=4000sqm which is an acre long). On my first plot of land I'm planning on subdividing the land into two , then build two seperate homes. Or if the price is right, I might just end up selling the 1st plot.
I just got word today, that Oprah is now building her holiday home inside the school yard that's she's building in South Africa.

Oprah was quoted saying that she will be visiting the school premises once a year, and she will use her house as a holiday house as well. The interesting thing is that my plots of land are directly across the street from her. Amazing!!!!

Yes... i did! But it was officially anounced today. I gess the excitement has gotten the best of me! Just out of curiousity, have you heard anything about Oprah's school in the media, because I supose that makes a serious impact on the value?

Not asking for them now, but if an interested buyer were to want to see them, would you be able to fax copies of the land records showing the location, and that they are in fact in your name?
