Opinions on a new funding mechanism that will allow democratization of access to capital

It might sound odd the title but as all you already know just the 2% -3% of the highest growth startups are being funded with seed in the early stages by VC's or Angels. Most of them are by friends and family or loans. Marc Dangeard with Entrepreneur Commons has a very good representation of that fact.

So that fact dictates that the 97% of these companies were in some point disqualified from the existing funding schemes.

Did they had a bad idea?

No it was just the "known" lack of understanding from the capital side of our ideas...

Is it only my impression that we need a change in this problem?

I'm from Greece where the chances to get seed by VC's or angels are 0,006%...!!!

So due to the problem I have came up with a mechanism that can change that and we creative people can unleash our ideas from the chains of capital...

Excuse me probably for my bad English but this is the site in which I explain in detaill the idea.

    I'm waiting some precious feedback

If you want a comparison with Y-Combinator

    Thank you all
