Operating a LLC being a Non Resident.

I am a Non Resident and wish to open and operate a LLC in NJ, USA, and want my cousion again a Non Resident working on H1B Visa to act as my registered agent.................So have a lot of queries............s under.?????

Can i open a LLC being a Non resident, I know the aswer is yes, but do i need a local address...........?

Can my cousion act as my Resident agent.......?

Do i Need a EIN # to do export in said LLC...........?

Do i Need to file my tax return in Country of residene / USA..............?

Can i being a start up, get some bank loans for my working capital requierments...........?

So, many questions, help me please..........

Not sure about all the rest, but I'm pretty sure your supposed to register your business in the state you reside in.

I know where I live, they check the business address and if it's not in that state they wont let you.
