I am just curious as to whether or not it would be possible to release a product as open source, yet retain manufacturing rights and trademarks?

Say if i made a cool new device, and were to release the SOFTWARE as open source, yet wished to maintain manufacturing rights on the HARDWARE, so that no other company could manufacture my hardware (without my permission, of course)

If this is possible, does such a license exist?
