Opening a factory

Hows it going everyone. I know lately I have not been posting as often as in the past. I would like to say that I am moving into my own Wilbs Shoes & Apparel factory this week. I am leasing out space and already have the equipment and I am wicked excited as this is a huge step in the company. We will be making certain styles of shoes there (Yes, made in America.) and our apparel will be made there. Thanks to everyone who has purchased Wilbs as well as gave advice in the last few years. But, to not focus this thread on myself; to everyone else I have not spoken to in a while, How are your ventures, both old and new doing? Or just anyone? ...Gloat.

Just checked out your site and dig it. My buddy is with Rainbow Distributing (RDI Home) down there, a distributor of surf products of every kind to retail shops.

wow, one of the few actual brick and mortar business's here, sounds great whats invloved with making a shoe? and are you in any retailers?

Thanks PAAS. We are currently in 15 stores: Surf, skate, and shoe stores. There is alot involved in making a shoe. It takes about a year+ to get everything perfect for each style.

Send away. I'm headed down to IHB in less than a month to stay with my buddy (who was just in my wedding this last summer) and do some surfing. He works for his dad, who owns the company.

I dont know if youev ever played paintball, if not its a great sport!

But i manufacture aftermarket accessories and i know how long it can take to produce a product.

But thats great that your already in 15 stores,
