I recently launch an online shop catering to my country Philippines but one problem is one line of goods had potential clients inquiring if I have a physical shop to test my product in , problem some items are drop shipped so there are no storage here and basically im running a home business. just cant let any one just barge in. is it a bad marketing combo I have here?

how do I tell them that upon clearing check or cash on delivery I will have the items deliver to their office or set pick up zone.

or some samples for online shop I can put up in my site's terms,about,how to

What kind of product are they wanting to sample?

Another idea in addition to adding a "how to" section in your terms is posting a "how to" video (again, depending on the product). You could put this video on your homepage and may see a huge increase in conversions if the video is done right.

I have been earning a fulltime living online for 9 years, selling dropshipped goods. I have no products at all in my possession.

I have never had anyone drop by. Not the first time.

If someone would ever suggest it, I would tell them that I run the sales office from my home, but the goods are sent out from my "distribution center".

If pushed, I would say the distribution center does not have counter sales, nor do they have any way of taking payment. They simply receive goods in and ship them out from the orders placed by email or online from me to them.

That should cover everything.

I would try my last product and put that drop shipping on hold for the mean time because its difficult to get it to work in Philippines . not every one is familiar of ordering online ,most would prefer a physical shop or a drop off location to pick up their product.
