I remember I posted about this a while back, I was very eager but decided to wait till I am 18 to invest and use online brokerages. Any way check out Online Stock Trading.

You got to be careful in picking up the stocks. I bought Getty Images shares for $53 and with in a months time it went down to $45 although every prediction said the stock price will rise.

To get started Im gonna buy shares that are $5 and under, so that if i the stock goes down i wont have to much invested. This way I can become more knowledgable about investing. Then as I go along invest in higher priced stocks. I will do some screening and look for stocks with a high volume and a solid market cap and then ill do some research on the ones I find and pick about 4 or 5 stocks to invest in. Does this sound good to start?
