We are a new online startup. Working on few things for a launch.

1) We will be targeting customers online, and from all around the world.
2) We are a bit confused as what shall be a good option to register the company. Being not resident in Europe or USA, we are looking preference to register company some-what in those region.
3) Do you know any good merchant service provider, that assists new startups to start accepting online credit/debit card payments from customers?
4) Once we are ready for a launch, we are looking to do heavy marketing, what do you think is a good approach :
a) Facebook marketing?
b) Google Display geo-targeting ads?
c) Public Relation Media Marketing?
d) or any other....
5) Is combination of doing all marketing niche is a good step?
6) Since being a new online startup website, is it better to show website in BETA, and have particular people register to the website, and list details etc,, before site open for all public.. as site will be new, we would need some details of various people around the world, so general public can communicate and see more content.. i can not disclose the project.

I would appreciate some ideas and steps.. I am sure there may be many startups here, and it would be good if we all discuss things together.. and help each other
