Hi all,

I'm looking to converse with anyone who may have some expertise / knowledge into the logistics of online gambling websites and how they are structured with a establishing a foreign corporation (I'm located in the US where it is illegal) as well as the intermediaries that need to be established to deposit funds.

Currently I am a college student at a Big 10 University with a large greek community. I've been in comunication with a partner and we we've been conteplating exploring what would start as a very simple, barebones, poker room to target at a few fraternities to allow them to compete with friends, etc . . . Anyway, in the beginning it would be simple structure, minimal servers, and a basic GUI. However, I'm curious as to where to go after I have the basic design / program complete to establish an offshore corporate and allow people to deposit funds for a beta version.

Any help, insight, etc . . . would be most appreciated.
