Logistics in the sense of the flow of deposited funds, server establishment, etc . . . not transport logistics, logistically speaking in an informational sense.

Well I can already answer that question. I'm in the US and its illegal. Thats why I was wondering what I need to do if I wanted to incorporate a company in Costa Rica, where my servers would need to be located, etc . . . I'm aware its going to be a highly outsourced project. However, I have an idea to do something on a very small scale to test the waters and am curious in finding out more information.
