Online business and imports
Hi I started selling things on ebay and it has been going pretty good. I have made some money not too much but decent amount for little work. I have some good suppliers in China that have been treating me pretty well. I do have a couple questions I was thinking of registering a business name to be able to deal with other wholesalers that require that in the U.S. The only question I have is that I went to some places to find if my company name would be taken and they search in the state i reside but those that mean that if I make an LLC or DBA that will only work in Texas, since I am thinking of sending some things down to Puerto Rico where I have family and selling them? Will the name still work there.
