I think its not that big of a secret...but this is a great way to drive traffic to your blog.

it is a big and oft overlooked problem for most so-called "entrepreneurs"

an entrepreneur who has been in business for as long as you have been alive had this to say:

in the end only one IS and will STAY the entrepreneuer...the other two will always work jobs.


the idea guy: Thinks he is special because he is creative..he is actually the lazy one...he won't put forth effort to make ideas come to reality. He always needs other people to actually do the work...sooner or later, the team will realize he is worthless and MOVE ON without him. He doesn't know how to lead, manage people, negotiate, leverage or get things done...he is simply a dreamer...which means he is sleep.

Some times the "idea guy" learns to turn dreams into goals, and then make plans to actually achieve them, he then becomes an entrepreneuer, but its rare...more often then not, they stay frustrated because they have "so many good ideas" and they actually believe the ONLY thing missing is "I just need someone to believe in (invest in, join me in) the idea"

They are usually good at sales, and run around and around looking for people to join their latest idea...they get people to join...but it never goes anywhere...he never realizes its his fault...he blames it on others, because surely the "idea" was good.


The worlds greatest entrepreneuers have never been "idea" guys...they were "do it" guys, who learned that EVERYBODY HAS IDEAS, so that's nothing special.

idea guys sit around and think all they have to do is dream all day of new "ideas" and have other people do the work, and they get the fortune and fame. They are dreaming. The real world doesn't work like that.



really smart lazy guy

well he is not so smart if he is lazy...this guy will always work for someone else..because although smart,,,he is to lazy to actually do what needs to be done for success. He also is not a leader, people manager, negotiatior or leverager. just like the idea guy...he is easily replaced.


the really excited "Ge it Done guy".

It would be enough that he is get it done guy...that in itself is enough to make him an entrepreneur...however he is excited..so he is motivated, passionate and willing to take a risk...this is the only "entrepreneuer" on the team.

he doesn't have to be smart, or creative with ideas...because those guys are a dime a dozen...and often will happily share their knowledge, ideas and "smarts" for free...just to brag. The get it done guy takes that info and DOES IT. Now the idea guy and smart guy complain they "thought" of it first...but very few people get paid for "thinking" up ideas first.

The get it done guy knows how to build teams of OTHER get it done guys.

The idea guy will want other idea guys..cuz its fun to think...of course his ideas have to be the best or he is intimidated.

the smart guy wants to talk to other "smart" people...but they are all just as lazy as he, so nothing gets done.

The idea and smart guy are doomed without a get it done guy...and get swapped out a lot because of a lack of production


The idea guy can tell you about all the "ideas" he has had for great million dollar businesses since he could walk.

the smart guy will tell you about all the knowlege he has had since he can walk

the get it done guy will tell you about his first business when he was 2, and how much money he made when he was 5, and how many different businesses he ACTUALLY DID.

The get it done guy is the entrepreneuer in the bunch of idea, smart & lazy, and get er done..always has been and always will.

Well. I dont think is a secret, but It is an important aspect.

And some entrepreneurs, Are lazy, and not motivated.

So this is why I created that combo.
