Old Coffee Shop

I have access to an former drive thru coffee shop and am having trouble figuring out what would be the best business to turn it into (the previous coffee shop didn't do well, so I'm kind of pushing that idea to the curb).

It's in a pretty small town, but the thru traffic in the morning and evening is pretty decent from the people commuting to and from work.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Can you provide more info on your town?
Demographics, Weather, any industry dominate the town, etc.?
This might help you find a niche to target.

It's central illinois weather (i.e. Hot summers, snowy winters), no industries dominate the town. It's approximatley 12 miles from the state capitol (Springfield, Il). Like I saids it's a very small town, but the traffic commuting to the capital I see being profitable.

The drive thru coffee shop was just given up on by the previous owners, and I have access to it if I wanted it. Don't really like seeing some sort of assett going to waste like that.

with the information you have provided I would suggest something in food and beverage, maybe something like a drive though convienece store or fastfood, hotdogs, hamburgers, flowers, newspapers, etc
