Offering Deals and incentives, What do you do?
This question comes after we (at Wilbs Shoes) started offering free shipping and, For those who got the coupon code, a free T-shirt with every order from our website. "Wilbs" is the coupon code. Sales have skyrocketed. I want to know what sales Gimmicks, incentives and deals people here on YE have used in the past that have worked?

I am going to give free digital tire pressure gauges as a "gift" with the auto parts i sell. I think this will set me above the competition and boost sales. Also, consider these "free" goodies are often a form of cheap advertising for the company.
