OEM Factories Golf Clubs

Hey, I was wondering if anyone can clarify something for me. Whenever I ask if a potential wholesaler's products are authentic brand name clubs. They will either say they are replicas or directly from OEM factories.

What does it mean when they come from OEM Factories?

Are these the factories Brand name companies such as Callaway and Taylor Made produce their clubs?

Can someone please clarify this issue. Thank you

It's your money so ask them a million questions before you purchase. They are the ones you need to ask.

Thanks for the advice. I figured it would ask an outside source as the company can and probably will tell me whatever I want to hear in order to sell me their product. I would like some third party information to varify what they are telling me.
