Now is the time to get into a retail space!

Just got my new lease signed this week for a wayyyy better retail location. (Frontage road... existing business has my clientele allready going up there)

They are doing my build out. (at no upfront cost to me)
I am getting first 6 months for free.
My rent includes all taxes, misc fees, and water.
My rent does increase $150 dollars each year (to pay for the build out.. not bad though)
And it was for a 3 1/2 year lease.

Basically what I'm saying is that right now, these guys are not having many clients go up to them and the deals to get retail space is NOW!

You are SO right my friend as retail space is soon be going for PENNIES on the dollar even in big cities like Atlanta.

I'm going to look at an old 1940s theater in Atlanta that has a For Rent sign on its marquee!

Yea, that is very true I'm looking at two spaces right now and they are very cheap. I'm hoping to even get owner to drop the price a bit.
