Wholly hell this is getting frustrating. I have a product I've invented and been approved by a very large wholesaler/distributor and I've got a meeting next week to discuss the details. I.E numbers, packaging, display. I thought I was done with everything and the more I look into it the more I realize I'm not even close. My product is done and production capability has been established. My question is how am I going to display my product. Counter Space in gas stations/tobacco stores is valuable and reserved for the items with best mark-value. I'm not going to get that space so a box style display is out of the question. I've narrowed it down to the hanging strip-style display or a blister styled package with hanging capability. My product is about the size of a iphone. "that's all i can disclose". Even when I decide on display packaging; how am I going to package an order of 10,000 units? FML! I'm all about putting in the leg work but that's gonna be rough if it's even possible. Maybe hire a couple guys who wait outside Lowes or Home Depot to help? My cost per unit is low but when you add in packaging/shipping/ and the fact that I'm selling to a wholesaler. It's not much room to hire a packaging crew ya know? Anyways ... I need to have this solved by wed for the meeting so I don't look like a slapdick when I don't have accurate numbers to present to this guy. If you're familiar with anything of this nature I'd appreciate the advice and or compensate you for your time providing you have the right credentials. My product already comes individually wrapped in a clear plastic like material...I still need the display.
