You just register your business whatever state you want. I think NYC had high registration and state fees, so you maybe should consider Delarware. For a bank account, you need to apply EIN number from IRS, so you will become tax obligated in US for the revenue you have generated from there. For yourself, I recommend to apply W8/W9 status from IRS.

Depends on what business your in. Different businesses can have different registration requirements. What type of business?
