I posted couple posting like this but I can't find them so I'm writing one again

I'm planning to open up a marketing firm and help out businesses with advertising. I'm advertising to Koreans in my city, thats my niche group.
I'm planning to go to restaurant owners, ask if they wanna expand their market to koreans.

a radio station, recommends a restaurant of the week and the restaurant gives them 10gs worth of coupons to sell it for profit. I guess I'll use that method too so on restaurant owner's end, I HAVE to advertise to get paid.

80,000 koreans in this city and I'll promise them .5% (worst scenario) which is still like 400 people. to start the word of mouth advertisement.

I can't figure out my sales pitch to the owners. how would I approach them, what questions does business normally ask marketing firms, the time period length, etc etc.

I'm using different marketing tools like facebook, twitter, ads, etc etc.
I run a nightlife group, and I brought out like 300 to 400 people to this japanese sushi bar couple times. I can ask for testimonial from him.


Can anyone recommend me a good site I can use to write my business plan?
site, books or advice on good sales pitch?
I know you guys see massive flaws, please tell me so I can correct it.
If you guys see things I can improve, please suggest it to me.
Any informations on how to start a marketing firm would be great too.
