Niche Market - Origami Roses' prospect?

Do you guys think there's a market for origami roses out there?

My sister's extremely good at folding these roses , she's an origami expert. She's been doing it for years now. She taught my cousin how to fold them, and one day, out of the blue, she said to me, "Why not launch an origami business?"

I was thinking along the lines of, "Why not launch an Online Origami Business?". Not many can fold origami roses like my sister, so we'd reckon there'd be a demand in the US and Europe. (okay we can't possible be sure that there's a million buyers out there, but we're trying to be a niche here!)

So I volunteered to get the website developed and together we registered the business, Origami Gift Enterprise ( it's an enterprise, because we don't have LLCs in Malaysia). We opened a Paypal business account, cos we reckoned that most Paypal users are Americans.

And got the name http://www.yeemi.com But now we're in a marketing dilemma, as we don't have enough resources to advertise on other websites, and marketing using spamming will get us nowhere! So guys, any tips out there? Of course, i can go around posting in forums related to the product, but just how far will that get us?

Anyone has come across a situation similar like mine? We've been up for almost a month already, and haven't been getting any feedback..... I believe the problem lies in marketing...... what do you guys think?

, we're selling origami roses in bulk as well (for restaurants/hotels/wedding events/etc). We've got everything figured out - pricing,packaging,delivery.... but something's still lacking
