I have a great idea on a item that could make some big bucks but I would like to use team logos from all major league teams or at least start with one to test it out, but I would like to know which is the cheapest way to get copyrights, or maybe a partnership where they just take a cut from the sale. I have no funds to pay for a license does anybody know an easier and cheaper way, contacts or anything that could help me, I really appriciate your help.

They are trademarks, not copyrights. You will have to pay a licensing fee, they won't just take a cut. If they did, everyone and their mother would be making products with the trademarked logos.

This will be pretty tough - the major league sports teams are very serious about licensing and it's not easy to get a license, especially without a lot of money upfront. One thing you might consider is the minor league teams or at least some non-major sports teams that could provide a good test for you and some practical experience/examples you can then use with the majors.
