    Newspaper Delivery

I am starting a small newspaper in my area. It's one those local classifieds sheets, which are successful where i live. I am not sure though how to for a small paper like mine to distribute them at first. It seems to me that there is more than one way to get them to the stores I want them in. I also want to send them to people who ask to have them delivered to their house. In either case I am not aware of the cost yet, so before I start promoting my grand opening, I need to get the pricing straight.
So, what is best to send them by a delivery service? I am having hard time finding this on Google. Or by direct mail to the houses and stores? As for direct mailing, permits?
I have found one called Circulation Service of America inc? anyone know anything about them?

If you want to keep expenses down I would make a deal with local businesses to place the news papers in there store. Perhaps give them a free ad in the paper. Let them distribute it at first then grow from there.

not for this, I can't imagine a blog having the potential to bring in 5 - 10k a week gross? the papers in my area that are like this charge 10 dollars per ad av. and have as much as 40 per page, at 30 - 50 pages. One of them is in five cities.. Point is there are some places where these still work..
